Comfortable bedding.
Ease of access to the building and room.
The privacy.
Modern facilities.
Loved the little coffee machine big winner for me.
The small fridge, had trouble keeping ice cream cold and no dryer for clothes, the restricted ventilation took longer for clothes to dry. But really a small inconvenience for an otherwise great stay.

A small sofa would be nice.

The hosts were - Brad and Rachel were great in responding to my questions promptly and were very helpful. The apartment was clean and ready once we arrived at 230am. The location was great as it wasnt too near to the CBD, yet not too far either. It was a 'goldilocks' situation! :) It was my mom's first trip into Australia, and she felt comfortable with the location and environment. Plus, the Indian restaurant down the road made the apartment more strategic!
Considering we were staying for 11 nights; it would have been great to have at least one complimentary housekeeping included. I made sure the bed was made and overall apartment was kept clean, but it always helps to have the bathroom cleaned at least once during our stay. I am sure for shorter stays, it wouldn't have been an issue.
