Location was excellent and free parking, really nice pool area protected from the wind
There are stairs, but they do let you know that when you book it also you can see in everyone else’s apartments. I didn’t really like that.

Right in the heart of Hastings!
Quite noisy in the mornings

Very easy to collect keys, although I went to the wrong front desk. Ended up being the front desk of the appartments next door. Maybe let people know what. Otherwise, it was really great. Thx.

Great position and good pool area
It was not very clean. The washing machine is funky so was not going to wash my clothes in there. I pulled out the sofa couch and it had lots of dirty sheets and biscuits in it. The cutlery and plates and bowls are not clean. I have stayed at hotel laguna for years and always been good this is my first time at air bnb and will not do it again
