Location was excellent. Apartment was very spacious, two balconies - one looking at river, the other overlooking swimming pool. Facilities were better than advertised. Parking was easy for us, but could be difficult in high season. We were on the top (3rd floor) with lots of stairs to climb - this was not a problem for us.
Reception - we were given one key and no welcome pamphlet advising us about the facilities.

This is Noosa and this is the school holidays. So $460 per night for a motel room is not unusual. But for that rate I expect at the very least, tissues supplied and a better effort than a box of the most basic sachets of the cheapest tea and coffee sachets. No milk and the empty fridge needed defrosting. Overall, a very average and basic motel-style experience.
