Just want to let Linda know that the hot water in the ensuite shower is limited to nil. It is hot but very low pressure so not actually able to have a warm shower - perhaps you could have a plumber have a quick look

Unit was enough space for the three of us. It was good having a balcony and the two bathrooms. Furniture was set out comfortably. Accommodation was in a great position with quick access to Hastings Street.

The unit had not had its final cleaning inspection when we arrived, phoned the day before and was advised arriving between 12:00 and 1:00 would be fine, although we got caught in traffic and arrived at 1:45. When we went in the air conditioner was on heat and the room felt stuffy. After being out to a wedding on the Sunday night, the fob key we had would not open the unit door, so we had to contact reception. Whilst this was frustrating, as it was a bit late, they acted quickly and gave us a fob to operate the door. Could have been two towels allocated for each person.

Air con. Location. Responsiveness of host.

Staff at Laguna unfriendly. Wi-Fi v patchy. Mostly not available. This is tricky when you were trying to check things etc.

Great location . Very close to everything, shops, restaurants and the beach.

This apartment is an echo chamber. You hear everything going on above you. When the showers are running, toilets flushing and furniture being moved around. Very annoying at night especially. And the car parking is very tight.
