It’s location
Lack of parking. Wasn’t obvious when booking.

Excellent location
We had a studio apartment, and it was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.
The check in instructions were a little unclear. Every day there would be people lined up at the driveway trying to understand the check in process. Eventually we got it sorted

Towel rail was broken and toilet stained. Also no sink is difficult as not hygenic washing up in the bathroom.
