Great location - seconds to the beach and Nobby Beach Surf Club, great coffee nearby, spacious 3 bedroom apartment, good cooking facilities, fans in all rooms, dedicated parking spot (but for one car only).
No extractor fans in the bathrooms, and as it was on the ground floor we couldn’t open windows when showering because that was the main thoroughfare for the other units.
Aircon in one of the bedrooms needs a service (ELOC error).
The shower in the en-suite floods too easily. It doesn’t drain well.

Location.
No aircon in living space. Out door entertaining space isn't fully covered (not a biggy, but would have been nice to have some more covered outdoor space.
