Location, proximity to beaches is great. New tram line runs right in front of resort. Facilities for kids is awesome with 4 pools for them to choose from, cafe onsite is good (but a little pricey). Woolworths, butcher, grog shop, couple of coffee shops and chemist is just a 2 min walk
Few issues with the apartment, no tongs and broken utensils made cooking difficult, dishwasher didn't seem to work as dishers came out dirty (previous guests had put them away dirty and we had to wash before using). Shower screen broken in en-suite, so water went everywhere. One of the elements on the stove didn't work. Also for a large group booking we were only provided one access pass which made it difficult for going out in groups. A clothes hoist would be great to dry swimmers.
