Great facilities for children of all ages. The cafe is also great.

Didn’t like there was no aircon in the main room.

just about everything ,good for every age, nice surroundings, good staff all very helpful

shower would not drain not trying to be picky but showers are a big thing for our family, had to use other shower which was painful and it was way to low for me

The actual accommodation was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable, has cooking facilities. Comfy bedding, laundry facilities, a bath for young children, 2 tvs. It was roomy with a decent sized lounge, really was a home away from home!

We didn't like getting ripped off from booking.com for our free airport transfer. We booked a holiday for a family including children. Booked our transfer only to get a message that we werent allowed luggage or even carseats! Canceled it understanding we good rebook. Tried to rebook but booking.com canceled our free transfer and only got back to us when it was less than 24hours before we would require it ( we tried to resolve with more than 24hours notice). Id urge people to place no value on their free transfers and note they aren't suitable for children requiring car seats or people with more than carry on luggage. Turtle beach resort is great. One more thing that could be useful, their accomodation is arranged in towers, theres no lifts. This particular unit is on top floor, we had to drag a stroller up & down the stair case a lot.
