About this villa rental
Ideally located in the exclusive enclave of Nobby Beach, adjacent to Mermaid Beach to the north and Miami to the south and just a stroll along the pathed walkway to Burleigh Heads or Broadbeach. "Villa Baci" offers a serene getaway for your enjoyment whether it be for a beach holiday, a romantic hideaway or a base to enjoy family time together. Fully air-conditioned for your all year round comfort
As you enter "Villa Baci" you'll be enticed into a world of relaxation and comfort spread over three floors exclusively for your holiday enjoyment.
Only 100 metres to - a patrolled surf beach, a selection of the finest restaurants with a variety of cuisines, hair & beauty salons, convenience stores and transportation.
Mermaid and Nobby beaches are approximately 2km south of Broadbeach and 5km south of Surfers Paradise. Close by for ease of local transport, yet far enough away if you'd prefer to indulge in pure relaxation to enjoy the community atmosphere in the local village.

GROUND FLOOR
Large living area ~ lounge and dining opening onto the Indonesian inspired "out door room" courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen with granite benchtops and external BBQ area and laundry complete with washer and dryer.
Put the car away in the lock up garage (don't have a car? then there's space to store your surf boards, bikes and other toys that enhance your holiday). Parking space for a 2nd vehicle inside the security gate so no need for street parking.

The property is conveniently located in terms of access to the surrounding attractions. It is quite comfortably appointed. There were a few small inconveniences - couldn't find the light above the stove, the clock had stopped, no hooks to hang clothes on in the bathrooms, only 2 towel racks in the 2nd floor bathroom for 6 guests, dripping shower, poor lighting in bathroom and kitchen, single bed collapsed though it promptly repaired. We thought it had more of a Balinese feel to it.
