I’m only writing this review to remind everyone including the business that customer service is one of the main factors that will allow you to stay in profitable operation. Respect should not be questioned because of the color of my skin. Upon arriving everything was pretty much smooth until it came down to the payment option. I used my card to hold the reservation. I was given 2 options… with card or with cash . Here in Mexico paying in cash when making a reservation online through booking.com … fees for the hotel can be saved for if paid in cash The current “property manager” gave the option to pay cash or card . I took some time to get the most accurate exchange rate quote for my nightly charge and I was paying roughly 50 pesos over. The property manager questioned me saying “You don’t have money? It’s a little bit of pesos come on” in an intruding tone and rushed me to hurry up and give her cash if front of my girlfriend. I could have matched the blatant verbal disrespect and taunting but I operate a business as well . I had no problem paying the exact amount in cash or card which was readily available even before the booking reservation. I explained additional concern seeking clarification on a few more things and the manager expressed zero concern ….. only just for me to “hurry up pay in pesos”. I hope that no one else staying at this establishment experiences what I have experienced . I did not enjoy my stay. I felt unwanted and ultimately disrespected. There is RING recording & CCTV recording and WhatsApp Messages to back this review . I don’t consider this a complaint however, workers on the property … ESPECIALLY a “property manager” should always keep in mind that they don’t know who they housing. If this is the case, then is imperative to keep in mind to treat all with respect. Especially when the customer is spending their hard earned money to support the business they are working for .

We enjoyed the space. The shared kitchen worked well! We loved meeting some of the other guests.

It was close to the beach and it had AC

The fact that they didn’t provide enough toilet paper.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but never got my reservation. They were booked but referred me to another unaffiliated property that was awesome.

They never got my reservation from booking.com and were full.
