The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is modern and spacious. Having a private garage is a nice advantage. The location is convenient, as it is relatively close to the city center, although not actually in the center. We also appreciated that we were allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time.

First of all, be aware that a €200 security deposit is required. It is mentioned in the listing, but not very clearly. If you don’t pay it, you cannot access the apartment. Although the deposit is refundable, in my case it took several weeks to receive it back. The cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was completely clogged because the drain pipe was full of hair and limescale. We had to take it apart, clean it ourselves, and put it back together. We filled almost the entire bathroom bin with the amount of hair we removed, and the smell was terrible. We also found a few cockroaches during our stay. The elevator was also inconvenient and unreliable. Finally, the listing states that the apartment is in the city center, but it is actually a bit outside the center, so the description is misleading.

Bardzo fajny apartament w samym centrum Malagi. Czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do udanego pobytu. Dużym atutem był podziemny parking oraz możliwość zameldowania o dowolnej godzinie dzięki kodom dostępowym. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, który był gotowy do pomocy. Na pewno wrócę do tego apartamentu.

Drobnym minusem był cieknący prysznic, konieczna wymiana uszczelki.
