We were trying to get the keys for ages but then had to message Smartrent - who then told us to keep trying and send a video but then it turns out we were told the wrong apartment number!!

Maybe some once shower gel and soap in bathroom rather than sachets

Das Management hat dauernd Nachrichten an mich gesendet, per Email und sogar per WhatsApp und Telefon. Das nervt! Es wurde kurz vor dem Aufenthalt noch eine Sicherheit verlangt

Πολυ ωραιο διαμέρισμα! Άνετα δωμάτια, καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία πραγματικά 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το ιστορικό κέντρο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας απαντούσε απίστευτα γρήγορα στα μηνύματα που έτυχε να στείλω! Φανταστικά ολα! Τα παιδια ευχαριστηθηκαν Τα ανετα κρεβάτια και δεν κουραστηκαν με το περπάτημα

- Easy check-in - Very clean - Nice rooftop - Big windows and bright - Responsive staff

- Single-glazed windows - Works in the street and very noisy because of the bad soundproofing/insulation - Very firm mattress - Location - Check-out didn't go as required The mattress was very firm which is not the standard and it's usually on the more balanced/softer side in hotels. Soundproofing is absolutely horrendous. Our neighbours were quite noisy and we could hear them very loud. The entrance door slams very hard and would even wake you at night if staying at the inferior floors. The sounds from the street are extremely loud and it almost feels like windows are open. This ruined my stay. There were works on three days out of 5 starting at 8am which cut my nights short. Not very enjoyable while on vacation and ended up feeling tired most days. We faced an issue with the power going off. It was the water heater that stopped working. The staff was responsive though and we moved to another appartment. Despite requiring a late check-out more than 24 hours prior to our departure; I didn't get an answer and was told on d-day that it wasn't possible because I asked on the same day, which wasn't correct. If it wasn't possible due to having new guests, I was totally fine with it. Just not the way things went. Overall the place is clean and nice but I was disappointed based on the misleading 9.6 rating on booking.com. It's not too far from the center (15 minutes) but would recommend staying to the center.
