Dobre wyposażenie, czysto, ładnie wykończony.
Duże okna wychodzące na ulicę, które nie były zbyt szczelne, przez co w nocy było słychać dźwięki z ulicy

Wielkość mieszkania i wygodne łóżka.
Taras dla którego wybrałam to mieszkanie okazał się porażką. Połamany leżak (zamiast kliku pięknych jak na zdjęciach) , brak siłowni ( która jest ma zdjęciach), brak widoków ze względu na bardzo wysokie ściany wokół tarasu. Łazienka bardzo brzydko pachniała. Najwyraźniej wielokrotnie wcześniej nie była odpowiednio umyta po pobytach.
