Secure and close (easy walking distance) to Liverpool CBD. Hence many cafes, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is as described, and comfortable and well fitted out. Loved that they provided plenty of coffee and tea and had a fully equipped kitchen.
Interesting neighbourhood (urban gritty vibe) with on street parking. Additionally the apartment is on the third floor as well, so might be a struggle if you had lots of luggage.

beds were very comfortable
the property wasn’t very clean,
paint missing off the roof, paint on the floors,
stains on the pillow cases, window sill was caked on with dust, the kitchen didn’t have any exhaust fan, no fans or aircon/heater in the rooms, minimal hot water for showers, power points not working
