The location was amazing, apartment equipped with everything we needed, it was clean, tidy and surprisingly quiet for central London. The surroundings outside were nice and well maintained too,
The apartment being on the 4th floor with no lift which we knew when booking did create a struggle with bags, but for the younger fitter members of the group was not a problem

Location was fabulous! Beds were comfortable and common room and kitchen were nice. We were there in the midst of the hottest weather they have had in a while so only having a portable AC in the common room was a bummer…but that’s not their fault and we felt lucky to have one at all. Most flats don’t have anything. They provided nice big box fans for bedrooms. Check in was easy and the snacks, water and prosecco they provided was very nice. Definitely would stay again…didn’t mind the stairs.
Really, just the fact that there were no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise no complaints.
