The location is superb, really mid center! It's even next to a paid luggage storage, so great for the last day. The appartement looks really good, by opening the windows you experience the city, but when closed it's total silence. No noise from the neighbours or city. Even the airconditioning is really silent. The shower has good water pressure and gets as hot as you like. The bed is comfortable.

Be aware that it's on the second floor without an elevator. So if you have heavy luggage.... Also prepare the arrival well, you need a code to enter the first door, then a code to enter the door on the 2nd floor, and then a code to open the keylock where your access pass is located for your actual door to the apartment. No a problem, but have them ready (printed) which helps after a long journey and carrying your luggage up. The wifi reception was low and not that fast, but stable and good enough.

The location is central. The apartment is spacious enough for 1 or 2 people and has a good design. The AC functions well.

The WiFi is sluggish, making it difficult to use for Zoom meetings. The linen and towels appear to be of poor quality and quite old. I noticed several reviews over the past year mentioning the same issues, and management assured they'd address it, but nothing has changed. I've added a few photos to illustrate the condition of both.
