Velvet Sky Residence - InnerTown & Garage

Fantastic location right in the heart of the ruin bars with excellent nightlife and restaurants on your doorstep. Can be noisy until the early hours which wasn't a problem for us but may irritate some people. Secure entry system and everything you need for a short break.

Despite the property having 2 bathrooms there is only 1 toilet. We managed with 6 of us but if the apartment was at capacity of 10 it could be an issue. We were also a single bed short (thankfully as an all female party 2 of us just shared a bed-could have been an issue if people didn't want to share). The listing states 3 double beds, 2 sofa beds and a single bed. We asked for a late check in back in Jan when we booked and weren't made aware of the late check in fee. The host was great though and gave us 50% back. There was a heatwave when we were there and one of the bedrooms had no AC. Host provided a fan. We also realised that the AC wasn't working properly 🥵 and an engineer was arranged promptly.
