Cosy flat in Akácfa str., Aya

A great location, close to many bars, restaurants, and shops, and not far from the main tourist attractions. The room has a very cozy interior and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a refrigerator and a TV with YouTube access.

The room has very thin walls separating it from the neighbors. We had to listen for a long time to an argument between an Italian couple who had returned to their room after a party; the sound carried so clearly it felt as if we were in the same room. Also, this room isn't ideal for young couples or those looking to have sex; the bed—and the entire loft structure—creaks loudly, so if there are people next door, they’ll likely either complain or applaud. At night, an unpleasant sewage odor would sometimes appear, though it would dissipate within an hour. And the main downside is that the price is a bit too high.

Clean & very comfortable located perfectly I would highly recommend.

Nicely decorated, very modern, and a good location to explore Budapest. The check in was straight forward and it was easy to find.

The property was absolutely freezing. Due to the positioning of the heater only the upstairs bedroom got warm so the downstairs was so cold. It was very uncomfortable for winter, we were shivering whenever we came downstairs. The shower was not attached to the wall so you had to hold the head whenever you wanted to use it. The walls are also paper thin and the neighbours were very loud - it sounds as though there are actually in the apartment (which is quite scary when they’re walking about in the middle of the night). They would also play drum and bass music at all hours of the day and have parties. I know this is outside the apartments control but they aren’t ideal people to have a holiday apartment next to.
