Perfect accommodation for solo travel in a quiet area with lots of food spots nearby, close to the train station made it very easy to get around

Takes a little bit longer to get around due to being on the Keio line but that is a minor inconvenience rather than a real issue

The heater works very well and the staff was very responsive to communications. It is well located with a good shopping area in the metro station close by. The refrigerator is a good size and very clean.

I wanted a place where I could stay simply and cook for myself. But the kitchen facilities were very poor. There was less than basic housewares (no cutting board, knife, glasses, or mixing bowl). The stove was an induction type that did not work well, and the few pots were small and covered with grease from previous tenants. I had to wash it all, and purchase a few basics. It would be fine for a student who only wanted to pour hot water into cup ramen, and eat takeout, but more than that, no.
