We stayed at this villa in Vegas for a wedding with a group of 13 and it was perfect. There was so much space that everyone had plenty of room to relax, and there was always something to do. The pool was amazing, and the kids loved the axe and ninja star board. From our 13-year-old to our 54-year-old, everyone had a great time. The beds were also very comfortable, which made it easy to rest up between all the fun. The location was super convenient, only about 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Strip, and 15 minutes from Fremont. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun and comfortable stay in Vegas.
The only thing to be aware of is that there is just one shower for guests to use, since the other showers are part of the master suite. It worked out for us, but with a big group it can take some coordination.

Such a beautiful and spacious property! I came here with 13 other people and we all had such a comfortable stay. Backyard was so beautiful, especially at night. Pool area was easily our favorite part of the stay. There was always something to do, with all the games all over the property. Beds were soooo comfy and most of the things we needed for our stay were provided already. Our host was also so sweet and extremely helpful whenever we needed something!
The hot tub remote control wasn't working? We had to ask the host to turn it on, but he responded very quickly and got it done for us right away!
