We were disappointed when we arrived, as the home did not match our expectations based on the listing photos. The photos appear to be heavily edited, and several spaces looked significantly different in person.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we ran out of paper towels & toilet paper, replacements were delivered promptly. The blender was broken upon arrival, a replacement was provided quickly.Unfortunately, the property's condition was a major concern. The floors and carpets were extremely dirty. Within 20 minutes of arriving, our crawling granddaughter had brown knees and toes from being on the floors.The game room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and seemed to have been partially converted into a 5th bedroom after the listing photos were taken. Many of the games were missing pieces or unusable.One bedroom had a loud, high-pitched squealing noise from an air vent whenever the HVAC system ran, and the air pressure prevented the door from fully closing.The kitchen was poorly maintained, with limited usable cookware, a dishwasher that cleaned poorly, & a refrigerator with broken or missing shelves & unusable ice maker.The pool was the highlight of the property. However, the swing set appeared worn and potentially unsafe, and the putting green was not usable due to a missing hole and debris.While the host was courteous and responsive, the condition of the property and inaccuracies in the listing made this stay disappointing

We were excited about this stay given the photos and good reviews. The home and backyard are very large, and I suppose fine if you're just visiting to drink and party. We went with our family friends and children ranging from age 2 to 6. Upon arrival I was disappointed by the warped closet doors, old carpet that didn't seem clean, and scuffed walls. The main shared bathroom has a badly chipped sink. Furniture was extremely sparse with cheap metal chairs, no dressers/storage in the bedrooms, and squeaky bed frames. In the backyard, it looks like everything was DIY'd with poorly secured turf and edging that was falling apart. About half of the trampoline clips were broken, risking children falling out as they played. There were also exposed hammer nails in the turf, and we had sore bare feet as a result. Lighting was poor, the bathroom shower/tub faucet was leaky and there was no plastic shower curtain, and all of the pans in the kitchen are badly scratched. The host was responsive and we could have reached out at least about the shower issue but we didn't want to be disturbed during our stay. The host needs to take this off market for a couple of weeks and refurbish it. The host has a poster in one of the bedrooms that reads to something of the effect of, "Keep Hustling." They certainly took this motto to heart.
