Our stay was fine but there are things that were not disclosed. One, you can't use the front door. What? Yes! The front door is locked and unavailable. The keyed entrance you have to use is THROUGH ONE OF THE LISTED BEDROOMS. Through a room where people are sleeping! Unacceptable. Also, one of the bedrooms is actually in a detached garage with no running water. So if that person needs a bathroom in the middle of the night they have to enter the home proper and walk through the bedroom where others are sleeping to get to a bathroom. Those setups are not ok for mixed company. One more unacceptable difficulty was that it was impossible to light the gas ovens so we could not bake anything. The oven/stove appliance was top notch and fancy but filled the house with the smell of gas whenever we attempted to start the ovens. So don't count on using the ovens nor fully using two of the listed bedrooms as functional bedrooms. I would have chosen a different rental if I had known these things in the first place.

Very nice home, very poorly maintained. Hot Tub did not work, Pool was very cold, plus threats of increase if heated too much. One Dishwasher out of order with water all over the floor when we arrived. AC would not lower when we arrived. Host tried to fix it and ended up that the AC shut down completely our second day at the home. Got it fixed partially the next day, with the exception of one Bedroom and back room in the home, AC did not work there. Two sets of stairs outside going from the porch to the driveway need a railing, one of our guests fell and luckily was not hurt, other than a few scrapes. Overall, a very nice place badly in need of maintenance, AC, Hot Tub, Dish Washer. need to not rent for a couple of weeks to get maintenance up to standard. Host is nice but seems to be over her head with the home maintenance.Dave Perry
