The apartment is generously equipped in all respects: plenty of room, including a large balcony, and modern furniture and equipment. We were able to cycle to and from the airport, the harbor, and the main town in 15 to 30 minutes (though you need to pay attention to the one-way streets near the apartment). The proprietor was helpful in getting us set up and in storing some luggage for two weeks between our two visits.

As you would expect from an apartment near the airport, you can hear airplanes most of the time -- though flights are apparently paused or limited during reasonable hours at night.

It was calm, cozy, with some greenery around and a small store about 10 minutes away. The host was super kind and always ready to help if we needed anything. We were traveling with our baby and had a stroller: my dad helped carry it up to the apartment, and it all worked out just fine. The neighbors were really friendly too, and the whole atmosphere around felt safe and welcoming. since we faced the heat, we couldn’t go to the beach very often, but we had our walk at 7 am and after 7 pm🐥
