A limpeza deixou a desejar, talheres e roupa de cama sujos. A coberta fedendo com certeza não foi trocada e os talheres estavam mofados. O serviço de cheking poderia ser mais humanizado, pois fiquei 30 min do lado de fora sem nenhum convite ao entrar e o que eu ouvi de uma supervisora para não causar problemas e nem fazer confusão no recinto.

Ótima localização, tudo novinho, muito confortável, não se houve barulho de nada apesar de ser em uma das principais avenidas do centro. Super indico!

Sim, gostei.
O quarto estava sem papel higiênico, o banheiro sem tapete de banheiro pra saída do box deixando o banheiro molhado.

Tamanho do quarto ótimo e tudo bem confortável.
Cafeteira quebrada. Tinha a caixa do ferro de passar mas o ferro em si não estava na caixa e o banheiro alagou várias vezes.
