Fabulous location, comfortable and home from home

Location was right in the middle of town. Once car was parked we didn't use it again. Several excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs all so close. Lovely touch to get Valentines cupcakes from local bakery waiting for us! It was like a home from home.

Dishwasher but that's because I am used to one and a bit lazy! There was really nothing to be improved except for a longer stay! Would recommend.

Great Luxury Apartment with a great location

Great location, apartment was clean and finished to a high standard. Close to walks restaurants, shops. Host messaged with details for keys to the property and information on how to operate heating.

It can be noisy early morning with traffic and deliveries. But a small thing for the location.

Lovely short stay in a fabulous apartment

Beautifully appointed apartment right in the centre of Ashbourne. All the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Easy to check in and five minutes walk to a free car park.

Nothing! Some road noise with being very central but this didn’t affect our stay.

Perfect for a town centre stay with proximity to amazing walks.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic location right in the center of Ashbourne. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Only negative was proximity to the road which was a little noisy, but that’s the price you pay for a town centre location!

I would recommend the accomodation, and the area is nice.

The bed was lovely and comfy and the chairs were also comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all that we needed and the location was fab. There was hardly any noise outside too.

The heating was not on when we arrived and as it was a particularly cold spell it took a long time for the accomodation to heat up. It was also strange that there is no heating in the bathroom. Why have a code for the black gate when you can just put your hand through to open it - was it meant to be like that?

Very pleasant in a beautiful area

The property was extremely clean, very modern look in a great location.

The only thing I did not like and this is a very small thing was the sofa in the lounge was a sofa bed and was not very comfortable if you wanted to sit down for the evening. May I add this did not spoil my stay it is something that the owners may consider changing in the future.

This property was excellent for a short stay. Right in the very centre of Ashbourne with easy access to parking, restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic location and really helpful host.

Its so well appointed, new, clean and high spec. Very cosy.

It could do with an internal doormat as its a walking area and we didnt want to make the floor dirty as door entry is directly into lounge/kitchen area. Basic supplies such as salt/pepper/oil would be useful. Also a small fold-up table and 2 chairs to eat from, space is limited but we didn't want to eat on sofas. Could you leave instructions for the storage heater for guests as the buttons and timer was complete guesswork.

Helpful hosts and clean apartment!

The hosts were really accomodating. I can't fault the apartment, the bathroom was spacious, everything was very clean. The upstairs was nice and spacious and there were enough amenities in the kitchen so you could cook a quick meal if you needed to. It was easy to access, shame there's no parking but that's just because the flat is centre in the town.

good accommodation, central location, lovely property, poor communication nearly spoilt the journey

the door codes were the most unsettling part of this stay, the codes were not forth coming and the communication about them was atrocious to the point we nearly didn't set off on our 3 hour journey to get there as we were uncertain if there would be a place to stay. The communication also mention ed keys in a lock box, but this is NOT the case, instead this is actually a code lock for the gate and another code for the accommodation front door.

Well kitted out and really comfortable and modern. Loads of space as well and handy for the centre of the town.

I loved everything about the accommodation. There are a lot of roadworks near the property which resulted in an early morning wake up call. This will only be temporary though.

The location was good in the middle of the market square very convenient. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and to Our surprise the whole apartment had Aircon The cleanliness of the apartment was 2nd to none We met the host on departure Even an hour after we had left, managed to track us down on the road to hand back an item we had forgotten- such a star.

Pleasant stay

Properly located centrally close to pubs and restaurants. Great location for weekend away. Airy, light and spacious. Michelle was quick and responsive

Air conditioning didn’t work in lounge, needling maintenance. Kitchen could so with frying pan as this is self gathering establishment. The lock key box needs looking into as it’s very difficult to open. Wi-Fi password should be available on arrival, we had to contact the owner. Shower needs looking into - hot water unable to regulate leaving shower quite hot.
