Location was excellent for my needs. I was I'm Maribor for the European championships in taekwondo. Arena was walking distance from the apartment.
Street noise was loud but not a lot you could do with it.

so ein nettes Mini Voll Appartement wie ein „tiny house“ mitten in der Altstadt, inkl. gut untergebrachter Küche, sehr liebevoll dekoriert und mit netten Vermietern, die rasch und vollständig kommunizieren - und das zu so einem günstigen Preis, sogar mit Extrabett Möglichkeit. ein paar Anmerkungen für korrekte Erwartung: - die Tür öffnet direkt auf die Straße, umgekehrt sieht man bei offener Türe direkt aufs Bett von der Straße - es gibt die Tür mit einem kleinen Kippfenster darüber, sonst keine Fenster - also eher für kurze Übernachtungen bei denen man viel unterwegs ist - die Dusche ist eher klein, 2 große Stufen hinunter und dahinter ist das WC, also aufpassen bei nassem Boden und man sollte sicher auf den Beinen sein ansonsten hat es Spaß gemacht und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Location is perfect.
No direct interaction. Explanation was not provided especially about parking. Toilet paper and towel were missing. Lucky shops are around.
