Die Online-Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verläuft nett und reibungslos. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsküche erfüllen alle Erwartungen, und die Lage ist gut – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Fußgängereingang führt durch das automatische Garagentor. Das wirkt anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Anfangs ungewohnt, stellt im Alltag jedoch kein großes Problem dar.

Exzellente Lage, um die Altstadt von Maribor zu besichtigen, Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück ausreichend vorhanden, Betten sehr bequem, Bad ausreichend groß, Zimmer recht klein (aber braucht man ja auch nur zum Schlafen), in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht, problemlose und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Host per WhatsApp
