Main Square Rooms

Location, air conditioner, design, bed, light, shower, size of the room was fine.

Floor wasn’t wiped, toilet wasn’t clean enough. Not a big deal, but still.

The location in the Main Square, was very quiet and close to all the city sights. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot.

The access to the property as building work is going on. We also found it difficult to get into the room as the instructions sent by the host were incorrect. When I called the host for assistance, I did not think he was very helpful or polite. I suggested he changed and updated the instructions to use the lock on the door to help future guests, but I thought he was very brusque. The apartment is very small indeed, but ok for a couple of nights in Maribor.

Zugang war Baustelle, Zugang nur über schmale Bau-Bretter möglich, welche bei Regen äußerst rutschig, im Innenhof Bauschutt und Wildwuchs, Aufgang verdreckte Steinstiege und notdürftig mit Vlies abgedeckt. Baulärm ab 7:00 früh, Im Studio 4 Abfluss des Waschbeckens total verstopft, Geruch nach Kanal und am Balkon stets Abluft von Küche des darunterliegendem Restaurants Im Appartment 1 - funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht ( Salz und Klarspüler aus ) kein Ersatz zum Nachfüllen und alternativ auch keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden
