The markets were handy. Little Italy provided a couple of good restaurants. Metro close by. The communication and door codes worked well. Well equipped, comfortable bed!
Multiple and repeated requests for facial recognition/ validation of identification. Attempts to upsell on insurance and non- refundable costs of ID verification to UK company. That said it was all good and no problems occurred.

Spotless! Everything was so clean. Everything also looked brand new. The location was perfect for us. Such a safe area it was right where we wanted to be and could walk to everything. Jean Talon Market, Little Italy. Attention to detail was amazing. From cookbooks, coupons, laundry needs - to everything you could imagine you needed. The sound machine with nightlight was a great touch. Everything was thought of. The communication from the host team was spot on. We parked in a parking garage two blocks away for only $15 every 24 hours.
