The Breakfast options supplied are amazing, while I personally am not lactose intolerant, that it was considered by supplying lactose free milk of good quality is great. The Host is very friendly, forthcoming and supportive. There is a Bus stop about 50m to the east that connects directly to the train station and on property parking.
The locations is a bit difficult to reach or leave on foot because of the major intersection/ road without a pedestrian crossing directly en route from the train station, although with some pre planning the route can be adjusted to work with a ~10min detour.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very big and were clean. The kitchen equipped with all you need and I have enjoyed the taste of real pasta once again :)
