Great location and an excellent place to stay

This was my second visit--like the first I was in town for the Pordenone Silent Film Festival, and this b&b has the great advantage of being just a short walk away from the theater. It's also situated near a grocery store and multiple cafes and eateries. And it's in walking distance of the train station as well. I stayed in the same room as last time, and found it just as spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor, which is well stocked.

Highly recommend!

Casa Livia is located in the historic center, close to everything you might need. Elena is a magnificent host, very welcoming & always ready with recommendations.

The WiFi was spotty at times, but I stayed on the top floor. Perhaps this was the reason. Besides this, all was perfect!

Excellent, a beautiful B&B. Will be back.

It was just as l needed. Everything was there, just the only thing was that there was no more juice or oranges to make orange juice. Otherwise l had a beautiful stay. Clean, really comfy bed, slept like a log, nice and quiet. Will be coming back next year. I truly enjoyed myself. Received help when l needed it. I truly recommend for anyone to stay there.

There was nothing that l didn’t like. Nothing to complain about, hmm, missed making orange juice from oranges, sadly, someone got there before me.🤣. Loved my stay, it went to fast.

we had a fantastic stay in Pordenone. Great location very Central. Rooms lovely comfortable and clean. Breakfast provide was great especially the cakes

a kettle in the kitchen for tea would have been easier as hot water via the coffee machine was a little slow. Coffee from the coffee machine was lovely.

Comfortable and clean, nice central location

Remote check in via phone, very fast and easy. The place was very clean and the room was comfortable. Selfservice breakfast with some snack foods and fresh brioches.

It wasn't clear to me at first how to enter the building and do the check in process, that's why I didn't check the message from the property where it was all explained.

A lovely place to stay for a short visit, superb location for access to the town and train station.

Location was excellent, close to shops, bars and the train station. The bed was very comfortable with everything necessary for a lovely stay. The view from the window was really lovely. Elena was very helpful with the information she gave at the beginning. Breakfast choice and facilities were good.

The fresh breakfast items on the last day were not available, despite the times being stated as starting from 7am. We left the rooms at 7.45 and nothing had arrived at that point. We had to leave for an early train so could not wait longer.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer schönen Stadt

Betten waren sehr bequem, alles sehr sauber und hochwertig, SB-Frühstück hat tadellos geklappt, zentrale Lage. Check in per Telefon unkompliziert.

Etwas hellhörig was für uns aber kein Problem war, weil unsere Gruppe 4 der 5 Zimmer gebucht hatte.

Posizione ideale per visita alla città. La camera è provvista di tutto e curata nei dettagli (anche le zanzariere alle finestre). Buona colazione

Assolutamente consigliato

Posizione eccezionale, sul Corso di Pordenone, facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto da strade parallele che a piedi. Camera ordinata, pulita, molto piacevole anche l’accesso alla zona cucina praticamente h24. Si accede in totale autonomia, è tutto praticamente comandato a distanza tramite serratura elettroniche domotiche. Quindi per me la struttura è eccellente.

Sono da rivedere i materassi dei letti singoli, perché anche se sopra sono stati aggiunti dei topper, penso che siano probabilmente da cambiare… solo per questo non do punteggio pieno anche se lo merita assolutamente per tutto il resto.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll. Das Frühstückskonzept ist sehr flexibel und war für uns als Gruppe super. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett.

- parto dalla posizione : perfetta per girare per Pordenone, più in centro di così è difficile da trovare ! - la stanza è arredata con gusto e con tanti dettagli che fanno la differenza - l'area colazione è sfruttabile in qualsiasi ora della giornata, si può prendere quello che si vuole , davvero molto comoda !

- purtroppo si erano completamente dimenticati del nostro arrivo e non avevano pulito completamente la stanza , quindi dopo 5 ore di viaggio abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 30/40 minuti tra tutto - non è esattamente un b&b - in struttura non abbiamo mai visto nessuno, - diciamo che sono una serie di stanze affittate con una cucina in cui ti puoi servire a qualsiasi ora

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Fußgängerzone und es gibt einige Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut und da ich Zöliakie habe, hat es glutenfreies Brot gegeben. Das habe ich beim Buchen bekannt gegeben.
