Struttura nuova, pulita e ordinata. Gli interni sono molto belli e l’ambiente è luminoso ed accogliente.
Difficile trovare parcheggio, giravamo la sera almeno mezz’ora per trovarlo, un giorno lo abbiamo pagato in un parcheggio sotterraneo vicino. Se l’intenzione è spostarsi ogni giorno in macchina da lì io non la consiglio. Se invece ci si vuole spostare a piedi/con i mezzi allora il resto è perfetto. Non è dotata di aria condizionata ma di un ventilatore, ma quando noi eravamo lì non faceva troppo caldo.

El trato con Pedro ha sido súper ágil y se ha brindado para hacernos la estancia lo más agradable posible. Asimismo, el apartamento está a un minuto andando de la zona portuaria y a 15 minutos de la estación de guaguas. Cerca tiene varios comercios. Tiene una ubicación genial.
La zona es tranquila pero las ventanas no cerraban del todo, por lo que se colaba algo de fresco y ruido. Pero en general tenía todas las comodidades necesarias (frigo, horno, micro, tostadora, cafetera...). Un acierto sin duda.
