Beautiful, modern, large apartment in the city centre. Very close to everything. Has a parking garage which is really helpful. Perfect place even if you don't have a car. Totally recommend.

Large apartment in city center, parking underneath included (which is very welcome since parking in city center is very limited). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
Clear instructions for check-in and keys, helpful and responsive (online) staff.
The airco in living room works fine but there is no airco in both bedrooms (just a ceiling fan - which certainly is not enough to get the heat out of the room).
Entrance to parking garage is quite steep.

La posizione, rispetto ai servizi della città, è ottima
Il bagno en suite presentava, non appena entrati in appartamento, un odore stagnante di fogna che si diffondeva inevitabilmente anche nella camera, rendendo impossibile dormire. La mattina seguente ho richiesto l’intervento per risolvere la situazione ma, dopo un paio di messaggi promettenti, per l’intera settimana non c’è stata nessuna comunicazione né interesse da parte dei responsabili della gestione.
Per ogni ospite un unico asciugamano mai cambiato per 10 giorni.
Le luci del lampadario a soffitto della camera matrimoniale non funzionavano.
Lo scarico della doccia del secondo bagno è stato pulito da me, in quanto l’acqua non defluiva ed era intasato.
In generale, manca la manutenzione.
