Good location and communication with the host. Easy access to the property. Elevator in the lift - very helpful when traveling with luggage. Comfortable bed and amenities in the studio.
Parking - it would be beneficial to be upfront about the parking situation nearby. There’s a big parking lot available (10 min away by foot), however if you’re travelling with suitcases it makes it very difficult. Bathroom needs renovation. Studio is also smaller than described.

Die Lage
Das Apartment ist in Wirklichkeit kleiner und dunkler als es auf den Fotos wirkt, weil es nicht 43 sondern ca. 30 m² groß ist. Zu wenig Ablagefläche, teilweise sehr verstaubt Kochzeile lädt nicht zum Kochen ein, da keine ausreichende Lichtquelle, spärlich ausgestattet (Zahl der Kaffeelöffel inzwischen auf 1 zusammengeschrumpft) und Kochutensilien teilweise unappetitlich verschmutzt. Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen Laut Angaben der Vermieter kein deutsches TV

eine sehr schöne, moderne und gemütliche Wohnung. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, nachts ruhig, tolle Lage, ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe, fußläufig kann man alles schnell erreichen. Als Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.
