Beat the location if you’re there to play tennis at sea colony. Everything is walking distance, even some restaurants just on the edge of the community. The property location also has a fantastic deck overlooking the pond and it’s far enough away from the busier roads and quiet in the evening.

Property location is perfect if you’re there to play tennis. Everything else is pretty much walking distance, including some restaurants on the edge of the sea colony property. The property itself has a great deck, overlooking a small pond and a decent size for a small family.Working through the Vacasa agent was our least favorite aspect of renting this property. Added, irritation for us the surprise of us having to buy guest passes and parking that we’re not clearly excluded from the rental cost.

Stayed here for just a few days with my kids while hanging out with friends in Bethany. The house is comfortable and cozy, and has everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
