Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, Blu-ray, beach chairs, beach umbrella, Wifi. This Sea Colony condo features laminate wood flooring throughout. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We really like how close the rental was to one of the resorts pools. The tram was a quick easy way to get to the beach & enjoyed the pools close to the beach also.

Nice updated home. Loved the bunk bed room. Worked well for our family. The hard wood floors were nice and they had a broom to sweep the sand and a rumba too. We biked all around and was located in a good spot for the pool right next door. Kitchen was stocked with all dishes needed and even had a “junk drawer” with extras like scissors, screw driver (not needed) and more! They had beach chairs and toys for use but we did bring our own. Overall great stay! Thanks for having us!

The property was very nice. The TV location in living room is not really in a spot for group viewing. The door lock was extremely difficult to get the hang of. The deck though very nice was not cleaned before our arrival.

Lovely beach home close to pools, trams, shopping, and restaurants. Very quiet area. Very comfortable home!
