*The home is in the town of Grand Lake, a short drive to downtown historic Grand Lake. This home is not in Estes Park. Grand Lake is the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
*Close to Green Ridge campground and boat launch.

Local Summer Activities: Boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, and amazing opportunities in Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapahoe National Forest. Championship golf courses, horseback riding and hayrides. World Class Theater located steps from the cabin in the Town of Grand lake, boutique shopping, good restaurants, and fun on the boardwalk.
Local Winter Activities: downhill skiing and snowboarding at Ski Granby Ranch (~15 miles away) and at Winter Park Ski Area (45 minutes away), cross country skiing (3 areas nearby including the Grand Lake Nordic center just 5 minutes from the condo!). Grand Lake is snowmobiling capital of Colorado enjoy more than 130 miles of groomed trails, ice fishing, ice skating, Winter Carnivals, sleigh rides, dog sledding, and snowshoeing.

Wonderful, clean, and comfortable family friendly house. Close to lake for daily activities, relaxing outdoor space and new clean grill for outdoor dinners. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Grand Lake.

Everything advertised about this property is true. Great place for our family to spend a long weekend after Christmas. Very comfy and spacious. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely return!
