Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.
Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.
Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.
Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

The property is beautiful inside and especially out! When we were there, we spent most of our time either by the fire pit area or on one of the gorgeous decks. The neighborhood was very quite. The kitchen was spacious and a great place to bake, minus the lack of rolling pin. My only complaints are that the directions to the house need some clarity, the one trash bin was already very full and stinky when we arrived, and the place could've been a little cleaner (it was very dusty and the carpets could have used a spot clean). The location to the town and all the surrounding lakes was perfect! I only wish we had stayed longer!

This property was a great fairly last minute find for us. It was clean and spacious. Some of the dishes could use a little better deep clean especially the can openers. They had a lot of built up food residue. The owner was very responsive to any problems. When we arrived the couch was broken and they offered to come try to fix it the next day. I would recommend they get more hooks in the bathrooms. It was hard to find somewhere to hang all our towels since there was nine of us. The location was a short drive away from Grand Lake but still fairly secluded. I would stay at this property again.

Wonderful place. Excellent location. I have stayed in a number of places in and around GL and this was my favorite. The rigidity of the check in time was a bit disapointing. Also, this listing is somewhat deceiving because the extra fees added are significant. It would be better it the base price more accuratel reflected the true cost.
