- The wood-burning stove is not available for guest use
- This 3-story house requires 3 steps to enter with a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. Interior stairs are required to access the additional upper-level bedrooms
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front porch facing the main entrance. Cameras 2 and 3 are located in trees in the backyard facing the rear patio, backyard, and generator. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras continuously record video and sound
- This property offers driveway parking for 6 vehicles. Only 3 parking passes for 3 vehicles will be provided. If you are bringing more than 3 vehicles, then you will need to immediately reach out to the Guest Contact to pay for additional parking passes
- 8 community access lanyards will be provided for each stay. Guests can purchase up to 2 more for a daily fee, paid on-site. Children 4 years old and younger don't require a lanyard. They must be worn when accessing community amenities
- The community amenities are only open on weekends and holidays between Memorial Day and Father's Day Weekend. After Father's Day, through Labor Day, they are open every day. They are closed after Labor Day until the following Memorial Day
- Beach towels and chairs are not provided
- The home provides 4 rolls of toilet paper. If you need more during your stay, please bring additional
