In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery, restaurant 900 m, bus stop "Kappl Grubegg" 5 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.2 km. Gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Member company Silvretta Card Premium from summer 2023: Unlimited use of all open cable cars and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road The house is located in a residential area. Loud music, parties or the like are not welcome.
