Rear house up a steep driveway and stairs ensures privacy. Hosts live upstairs with kids (may be some noise) if needed

The space
Your host Trevor is a builder and has created a unique self contained unit in his family home for you to relax in. A lot of thought and work has gone into making this a special place, while having all the mod. cons of a new house, double glazing , insulation ect it retains charm and character by the use of recycled native timber and interesting architectual features including hand crafting unique art works from recycled wood that came out of the house during renovation. There is a pleasant outdoor courtyard for your use

Guest access
guests have a whole 2 bedroom self contained unit to themselves. The courtyard is shared space although we only use it for coming / going and grocery delivery

Other things to note
located up steep drive and steep steps. there is also a step in the unit separating lounge and kitchen. we have young children living upstairs which kids being kids you may here from time to time.
