ottima pulizia delle camere, letti comodi e zona silenziosa ben collegata sia con le strade che con la stazione ferroviaria per raggiungere l'aeroporto e il centro città. Molto apprezzato il giardino e le piante che ornano il residence nonché il parcheggio interno (a pagamento) e la gentilezza del personale di accoglienza. Sono presenti a 50 metri dal cancello del residence un ottimo bar, tabaccaio/cartoleria e ufficio postale

Good location, clean, easy check in, smooth communication

Just as advertised, it is in close proximity to the "Ponte Galeria" train stop, with a supermarket, a petrol station and coffee shops nearby. The whole area around the apartment is quiet, far from the noise of the city. Ice cold A/C, warm shower.

Probably worth mentioning, that the area where the apartment island is located is not so safe during the night hours. If you plan with a 1-day trip to Rome, please bear in mind that early check-in is not guaranteed (we lost 2 hours).

The beds were comfortable, and the girl who met us was friendly enough.

The apartment had all the hallmarks of a rental organisation that doesn't really care about the service they provide. The bedroom was badly maintained (bad/exposed wiring, broken decoration etc.), the bathroom had a weird smell, and even though there was a balcony in one of the two rooms, the doors were sealed shut. Whether this was to keep intruders out or customers in, neither is great. There were exactly two coffee capsules for breakfast, one for me and one for my dad. When I accidentally knocked over my coffee in the early morning, their cost-cutting attitude grated with me particularly. The apartment is in gated community, and the area outside feels a bit sketchy at night, and I didn't feel particularly safe walking to pick up dinner 25 mins away - all the buildings had barred windows and locked gates.
