Great location close to shops and bars, it was like a home away from home in a lovely quiet reaidential area, everything you could need for your stay. Lots of outside spaces to sit out. Could not fault the kitchen and all the appliances and accessories. Lovely pool once it heated up, very safe for young kids. Great bbq area. Responsive staff. Would definitely stay again.
A little bit dated and tired in places and could do with some modernisation. Took a long time for the pool to heat up. Swing set missing the swings. One of the hairdryers and toaster weren't working.

The kitchen was amazing! Equipped with everything we could need, even Tupperware!! It was perfect.
So nice to have a great BBQ by the pool, a real sun trap!
also the communication was marvellous. I contacted a few times and you responded within 30 mins. Brilliant service, thank you

Property was spotless - amazing sound system, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,comfy beds and spacious. There was only 5 of us but we loved the villa.
The washing powder, iron, toilet rolls were nice touches and we felt safe and secure.
Great showers and the kitchen was fantastic... every utensil you could ever need!
Beautiful view of maspalomas and only 5/6€ to yumbo each night.
The shopping centre spar is about 15/20 minute walk away which was handy.
Amazing oven, microwave, big fridge and lots of sun loungers. Great staff that sorted out any problem we had.
The pool (which we paid and asked to be heated) didn’t heat up our entire stay, so that was disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked it. However they did say they’d sort a refund. Also there are surveillance cameras within the property (which felt a little bit like big brother) however when asked they assured me they weren’t recording when people stayed there - only when the property was vacant. Some of the guests felt a little paranoid though. The bins are a good 5-7 minute walk away which could be annoying.

Excellent property clean spacious and everything you needed was there. It was like home from home. Any questions were answered very promptly and nothing was a problem
