Villa Deluxe Suites Maspalomas

Our family stay at Villa Deluxe Suites was honestly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had 🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling on top of each other. The private space made such a difference, especially traveling as a family, giving us that perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The atmosphere was peaceful and safe, which made it ideal for both adults and kids. Mornings by the pool, relaxed afternoons, and cozy evenings together—it really felt like a home away from home, just with a much better view! The highlight, without a doubt, was our hostess Sara. She was such a pleasure—warm, attentive, and always going out of her way to help us in any way she could. Her care and attention made our stay feel truly special and effortless. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, privacy, and a touch of luxury for a family getaway, Villa Deluxe Suites is an absolute gem. We’ve made some amazing memories here and would 100% come back again 💛

Everything was perfect!

We would rate this place 7 out of 10 stars. The house itself is nice and spacious, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom. It can easily accommodate 4 couples or a very large family, which is a big plus. However, there were some significant issues during our stay. The electricity in the kitchen is not reliable, and the power goes out frequently if you run the dishwasher together with other appliances, or the laundry together with anything else. In our case, the pool heating shut off when the power cut, and it took several days to heat up again. Despite this, we still had to pay for the pool heating, even when it was not working properly for half our stay, which was unexpected and frustrating. With small children there in February, this meant the pool was useless during that period. The shower in one of the bedrooms had really bad water pressure, and the dishwasher leaked out on the kitchen floor one time. The host, Sara, always answered quickly on Whatsapp and even came over one time with maintenance due to all the problems mentioned above. She apologized for the inconvinience, but we never got any compensation. Not even 50% of the money we paid for pool heating that was not working 50% of the time - which should have been a minimum. The area is quiet, which may appeal to some guests, but it is a long walk to most places. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk uphill. We also found that there is not much nearby for families with small children, so I would recommend families with kids under the age of 5 choose somewhere more suitable. The pool depth is about 1,70 meters for the entire pool. Overall, the house has a lot going for it in terms of style, size and layout, but the electrical problems, location and the hosts unwillingness to compensate us made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

My friends and I have just returned after spending a week in this villa. The villa is in a quiet area within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. We were also near bus stops where we were able to take buses to the busier part of town and to further afield on the island. The villa is beautifully presented, very modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you might need when on holiday, there was a tv and a safe in every room, and the pool was fabulous - much bigger than we had expected. Our host Sarah was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, she took the time to take us round the villa, and to give us any information we needed.

There was nothing we could fault.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr modernen Ferienhaus, in dem wirklich keine Wünsche offen blieben. Es gab viel Platz für alle, und dank eines eigenen Badezimmers für jedes Zimmer war jederzeit viel Privatsphäre möglich. Schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Anliegen und Wünsche vollständig und schnell erfüllt, und auch während des Aufenthalts stand uns die Betreuung jederzeit zur Seite und war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich – wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt eine Top-Unterkunft, die wir unbedingt weiterempfehlen! 🌟
