What we liked: • Fantastic location right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. • Top-floor apartment with balconies on three sides — space for a chair and table to sit and enjoy the view. • Lovely outlook over the harbour, perfect for watching the world go by. • Relatively peaceful setting on the sixth floor.
The apartment is a bit ‘Heath Robinson’ in places and could do with some attention. Only one coffee mug provided. Uneven flooring and raised door cills that could be a trip hazard. Two of the patio doors to the balcony didn’t lock (not a major issue given it’s on the 6th floor). Futon style bed

Perfect location with a stunning view over the harbour. Near everything you need but in a quiet spot. Amazing, huge balcony with sun in the morning and evening. Very clean, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Flexible with checking out, said we could stay until the cleaner arrived if we wanted to. Fabulous value for money. Nice addition of a few books, cards etc for entertainment.
Hot water tank is quite small. Best to wait between showers to let water reheat.

Sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten in gut erreichbarer Nähe
Die elektronische Türöffnung ins Haus hat nicht gut funktioniert. Danach haben wir den Schlüssel benutzt, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn dies auch mitgeteilt worden wäre. Die Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa und Stühle) sind eher spartanisch und unbequem. Bei Regen läuft Wasser in die Wohnung. Der Balkon ist wesentlich schmaler, als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Die vielen Spiegelwände haben irritiert.
