Beautifully presented flat just short walk from Aviemore town centre. Everything you could need by way of facilities.

Great wee flat and location, would stay again.

The key on the wire was a faf, would rather keys provided for your stay and back in the box on exit like most others.

Good quality, very clean, newly-done, well-equipped flat, close to amenities. Lovely bedding and towels, Nice to have the en-suite shower as well as a bathroom. Owners responsive when booking.com sent us the wrong entry code. Price was good value, if you don't mind the few steps up and lack of outdoor space. Nice touch to have the welcome basket, thank you! We enjoyed the stay.

Only minor things. Very hot flat despite setting thermostat low, as boiler throws off so much heat into hall. Hard to get air to circulate unless leave windows and balcony open, so lost the plastic flowers out the window twice! The main bedroom has only a small double bed, take care with the very hot water in showers and bath has no grab rail so a bit tricky to exit. Could do with a bigger TV and couch next time they are replaced. Key box was a nuisance to open every time entering and exiting. Parking is a wee bit tight to get in and out. Residential area with lots of families and quite noisy in morning with kids and cars coming and going, as had to have the windows open for air!
