Unique Three-Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Malaga

Great location and a superb view from the 23 rd floor. The apartment was very well equiped and very comfortable.

In one of the bathrooms (the one dedicated to the bedroom) it was a bad smell from time to time.

The apartment looks very good, just like in the photos. The beds are comfortable. The pool area is very nice. The host is very responsive.

Unfortunately we did not have such a nice experience here. When we arrived we informed the person that gave us the keys that is too cold in the apartment and she assured us that in one hour it will all be ok. We went out and when we arrived the temperature was the same..so we had to talk to the host and technician at a late hour in order to fix it. So in the first night it was very cold because of course it takes time until the temperature gets higher. I appreciated that the host tried her best to help us and she also gave us a refund of 40% for the first night. We had again problems in the last night with the hot water, but we managed.. Also there was an odd smell in the bathrooms, a bit dusty on the floor, an odd smell for the bed linen and there were some kind of small bugs in the apartment. Also the apartment has no curtains. So all in all the apartment has potential, the host is nice but I think she has to change the staff, pay more attention to cleaning and disinfection and to improve the communication channel (I received messages on three different chats, for a tourist in vacation is hard to follow).
