There wasn't a breakfast.
The only thing that was surprising for me is that the stay was advertised (in Thai Baht) 3,800 but we were charged 6,900bht. Maybe I didn't notice the small print somewhere after viewing the quote for staying, that there would be a 3,100 cleaning fee added later before the actual payment goes through. I had never come across that before. Having said that, 6,900bht is about $370NZ which is about average, so the price without the cleaning fee would have been a bargain. There have been some negative reviews, but I was very happy. Sure, Japanese places are very compact, just the nature of the situation.

Good central location
Definitely not enough room for 7 people, it would have been a good space for 4 or so.
