I liked how close to was to the station and having a family mart so close was helpful. Easy to access with the codes and great communication.
The only thing would be my partners height (6ft 4) was an issue as he had banged his head a few times in the entrance of the building and the aircon in the room.

Had everything we needed
Tiny bath that an adult couldn’t fit in. A swing ladder you need to put out the window of a 4 story building if a fire, I was staying with a child who I would never have got out there
