Having a place that wasn’t cramped for 5 women
Well sadly the people behind are pretty loud at night , and the dogs next door start barking pretty early. And the little critters in kitchen couldn’t leave anything in kitchen on counters

The house was as expected, clean and comfortable. Has a functional kitchen and bathroom, all bedrooms were of good size. The location was close to the hotspots of Memphis.
We found a couple of roaches in the kitchen and bathroom on the second night and then every night from then on, so we never left food out. The neighbours were loud overnight (12am-3am) revving engines, shouting, playing music and on one instance at 2am were using a table saw. In the very late hours cars were constantly driving in and out on the joined driveway and blocked us in on multiple occasions that we started parking on the street. The windows are poorly sealed so the house constantly smelled of weed which we can only assume was coming from the neighbours. Cigarette burns on the sofa in the lounge which also broken on arrival but still functional.
