Dicht bij het centrum. Prima parkeerplek voor de auto en onze e bikes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Vorort/Wohnviertel mit nahem Straßenbahnanschluss aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kann man sehr gut ins Zentrum Lille gelangen. Im Stadtteil gibt es alles an Geschäften für einen perfekten Aufenthalt und direkt gegenüber des Apartments ist ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Sehr gut fanden wir den eigenen Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Hof der Wohnanlage.
Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen heizt sich das Apartment auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Jalousien auf und kann nur mit einem Ventilator etwas „gekühlt“ werden.

On n’a pas eu de chance car nous sommes arrivés en plein ravalement de façades de l’immeuble. Grand échafaudage avec les ouvriers qui passaient pile devant les fenêtres dès 8h du matin. Fortes odeurs de peinture du coup séjour pas très agréable.
L’appartement est géré par une conciergerie qui est à l’écoute (On a eu une petite compensation pour la gêne occasionnée.) mais le propriétaire aurait dû prévenir des travaux car si on avait eu l’info, on n’aurait pas choisi de séjourner ici.
