The apartment is in an excellent location. Beds were very comfy. We could use umbrellas provided at the flat to take to the beaches. I booked this due to its close proximity to a private car park since street parking is not easy in the centre of Cagliari. The car park fees are capped at €10 which is good value for overnight parking. Overall it was a positive experience.
The apartment does need some maintenance and attention to detail. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work, there was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, no kettle and not one tea towel. Toiletries are small sachets of shampoo/shower gel.

The apartment had the best location possible. It’s well equipped, the air conditioning works great.
Some equipment should be maintained better, like the running toilet, and shower head.

Appartamento situato in ottima posizione, centrale, con servizio di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze . Eravamo in 5 adulti , 3 spaziose camere e 2 bagni con doccia sono stati utilissimi .
